André
Allard, President
André is an aviation and aerospace industry
veteran with more than 40 years of presence in various sectors
of the industry. His background encompasses senior management
positions in flight training, business aviation and regional
airlines operations. He was also involved in British Aerospace's
successful marketing and sales efforts in Canada.
In late 1997 André founded AeroPersonnel to service the staffing needs of the aviation
and aerospace sectors and is the sole shareholder of the company.
In 2002 as co-founder and shareholder of NordTech Aerospace, an airline heavy
maintenance center, André oversaw the start-up of the company as President
and COO and Member of the Board of Directors. He was instrumental in the commercial
success of NordTech by securing maintenance contracts worth more than 50 million
dollars over the course of 2003 and 2004. In June 2004, NordTech made its entry
on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange. Late 2004, the company initiated a purchase/merger
with ExelTech Aerospace that was completed in early 2005.
In December 2004, André retired from NordTech to focus on his role as President at AeroPersonnel.

Tony
McKenzie, Director Recruitment Operations
Tony brings to AeroPersonnel a strong airline background having spent more than 20 years with Air Canada in various management roles. He is the holder of a private pilot license with an instrument rating and is the co-owner of a Cessna 177 Cardinal that he flies for leisure.
His responsibilities
at AeroPersonnel encompass the supervision
of all recruitment activities.

Irma Sadlauskaite, Director Operations Europe
Irma brings to AeroPersonnel a strong HR background after being involved with expat flight crew personnel staffing for more than five years. Her main focus is to promote AeroPersonnel to European airlines as well as to airlines in other international markets. She also will oversee the recruitment of expat candidates on behalf of international airlines.
Her responsibilities include sales in Europe and the international markets.

Charles (Zhao) Wang, Director Finance and Administration
After receiving his Law Degree from McGill University Faculty of Law in Montreal in 2001, Charles practiced law in China for more than 14 years before returning to Montreal in 2014. His main areas of activities in China were in the corporate and financial sectors.
His responsibilities
at AeroPersonnel encompass the supervision of administrative and financial activities.

Claude Hamel, Manager
Operation Support
Claude has more than 20 years in the aviation
industry. She has an in-depth knowledge of flight crew licensing
and training issues. Her experience also encompassed technical
staffing responsibilities with NordTech/ExelTech Aerospace.
She brings to AeroPersonnel a wealth of experience in flight crew evaluation
and recruitment.

Capt Josué
Torres, AeroPersonnel Representative - South America
Capt Torres brings to AeroPersonnel more than
30 years of experience in the airline industry.
He spent the majority of these years flying for various Brazilian airlines. He currently flies as a B737 captain for a South American airline.
Based in Sao Paulo, Josué provides pre-screening as well as post-screening assistance to AeroPersonnel's South American candidates. This includes simulator evaluation, training preparation, medical examination preparation, licence verification assistance, etc...

Capt Igor Pivnitskiy, AeroPersonnel Representative - Russian Federation
Capt Pivnitskiy has accumulated over 17,000 hours of flying experience of which 6,872 hours were as a B777 Captain.
While he started his career with Aeroflot, he gained valuable expat pilot experience with Air India and Asiana Airlines both on the B777. He is very familiar with the expat pilot recruitment process. Igor is also a qualified A320 SFI and TRI.
Based in Moscow, Igor provides pre-screening as well as post-screening assistance to AeroPersonnel's Russian candidates. As in the case of Brazil, this includes simulator evaluation, training preparation, medical examination preparation, licence verification assistance, etc...

Cognitive Technologies (Cogtech), Representative Italy
Cogtech (Italy) is an EASA qualified flying school (ATO.IT.0087). It offers training that integrates the most advanced flight simulation technologies with state-of-the-art training innovations.
Cogtech assists AeroPersonnel in making the available employment opportunities in international flight crew labor markets accessible to Italian flight crews.
Supporting AeroPersonnel's candidates through the recruitment process both at the pre and post-screening phases; Cogtech helps candidates prepare for the screening by providing pre-simulator assessment training (China Difference Course as an example) and preparing for medical exams. Post screening Cogtech assists with the licence verification and the Non-Criminal Certificate notarization processes.
