Mr. Allard is an Aviation and Aerospace Industry
veteran with more than 40 years of presence in various sectors
of the Industry. His background encompasses senior management
positions in flight training, business aviation and regional
airlines operations. He was also involved in British Aerospace
successful marketing and sales effort in Canada.
Late 1997, he founded AeroPersonnel to service the staffing needs of the Aviation
and Aerospace sectors.
In 2002 as co-founder and shareholder of NordTech Aerospace, an airline heavy
maintenance center, Mr. Allard oversaw the start-up of the company as President
and COO and Member of the Board of Directors. He was instrumental in the commercial
success of NordTech by securing maintenance contracts worth more than 50 million
dollars over the course of 2003 and 2004. In June 2004, NordTech made its entry
on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange. Late 2004, the company initiated a purchase/merger
with ExelTech Aerospace that was completed in early 2005.
In December 2004, Mr. Allard retired from the company to return to AeroPersonnel
as Managing Director.
McKenzie, Director Recruitment Operations
Mr. McKenzie brings to AeroPersonnel a strong airline background having spent most of more than twenty years with Air Canada in various management roles. He is the holder of a commercial pilot license with an instrument rating. He is co-owner of a Cessna 177 Cardinal that he flies for leasure.

Liu, Director Operations China
Mr. Liu brings to AeroPersonnel a strong HR experience after being involved with expat flight crew personnel with FACO HR International of Shanghai. During this period of time he worked in close cooperation with AeroPersonnel to market AeroPersonnel aviation personnel staffing services to Chinese Airlines.
Tony is in charge of airline marketing activities as well as all airline and candidate support activities in China.
Charles (Zhao) Wang, Director Finance and Administration
After receiving his Law Degree from McGill University Faculty of Law in Montreal in 2001. Mr Wang practiced law in China for more than fifteen years before coming back to Montreal in 2014. His main areas of activities in China were in the corporate and financial sector.

Claude Hamel, Manager
Ms Hamel has more than twenty years of presence in the Aviation
Industry. She has intimate knowledge of flight crew licensing
and training issues. Her experience also encompassed technical
staffing responsibilities with NordTech/ExelTech Aerospace.
She brings to AeroPersonnel a wealth of experience in flight crew evaluation
Ms Laroche brings to AeroPersonnel more than
fifteen years of experience in the Travel and Airline Industry.
She spent the majority of these years with Air Transat, a
leading North American Charter Airline, where she occupied
various management positions. She also served with Jetsgo
Airlines as Supervisor of Charter Operations.

EJ Escola de Aeronautica Civil, Representative Brazil
EJ Escola de Aeronautica Civil is the largest pilot flight training organization in in Latin America. Founded in 1999, the company has gained recognition as one of the finest educational flight training facilities throughout Latina America. Certified under the Brazilian National Agency of Civil Aviation as an approved pilot school, it operates four bases, Itapolis, Jundiai, Campo Verde and Sao Paulo.

Capt Igor Pivnitskiy, Representative Russian Federation
Capt Pivnitskiy has accumulated over 17,000 hours of experience Industry of which 6,872 hours were as a B777 Captain.
While he started his career with Aeroflot, he gained valuable expat pilot experience with Air India and Asiana Airlines both on the B777. He is very familiar with the expat pilot recruitment process. Igor is also a qualified A320 SFI and TRI.
Based in Moscow, Capt Pivtniskiy provides pre-screening as well as post-screening assistance to AeroPersonnel Russian candidates. As in the case of Brazil, this includes simulator evaluation training preparation, medical examination preparation, licence verification assistance, etc...
Cognitive Technologies (Cogtech), Representative Italy
Cogtech is an EASA qualified flying school ATO.IT.0087. It offers training integrating the most advanced flight simulation technologies with state-of-the-art training innovations.
Cogtech provides AeroPersonnel with assistance in Italy to make available employment opportunities on international flight crew labor markets to Italian pilots. It also assist AeroPersonnel candidates and support them through the recruitment process both at the pre-screening and post-screening phases.
Cogtech helps candidates to prepare for the screening by providing pre-simulator assessment training (China Difference Course) and to prepare for the medical examination.
